Designing a subdivision is directly connected to a
topographic survey. After preliminary research
and approval from jurisdictions a topographic survey
is performed of the site. From the existing contours
of the survey a design the individual lots, streets,
water lines, storm drainage system, and sanitary sewer
collection lines is prepared for client approval and readied
for the permitting process.
